Carolina Reaper is officially the hottest chilli pepper in the world. It is listed in the Guinness Book of Records with a heat level of over 2M SHU. Carolina Reaper is a deadly hybrid created (breeded) by Ed Curry and is the fruit of the crossbreed between the Pakistani “Naga Jolokia” and the red “Habanero”. It’s flavor is extremely intense with a fruity aroma, but don't be fooled- this pepper is not for the faint of heart (or stomach).

Use: Soak in hot water for 20 minutes and use as normal.
