The inspiration for our “almyrà” biscuits is the praised pies of Epirus, a region in the northwestern Greece, famous for its many and imaginative Greek pie recipes almost all of them containing Feta, the famous PDO soft-white Greek cheese.
The most famous Greek pie is "spanakopita" where spinach blends perfectly with the salty feta cheese. So we thought why not have spinach pie in a biscuit? Well here it is. Our twist... the pumpkin seeds. Enjoy them!
