This Special Tricolor pasta by «Goumenisses» is made with semolina and water, colored with Spinach, Beetroot and Red Pepper, without the addition of salt, in bronze molds and then dried under conditions of slow drying to preserve all their nutrients and their wonderful earthy taste.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, dehydrated vegetables (spinach 2%, beetroot 2%), red pepper 2%.
