Varietal Composition
Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 50%
Vinification
Classic red at 24οC, after the maturation on fine lees for 2 months.
Tasting Notes
Deep red color with aromas of gooseberry, wild cherry and plum. Mellow taste and velvety finish.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies various snacks, cheeses, cold cuts, creamy sweets and fruits.
It is served at 16-18οC.
