VINIFICATION: The wine is fermented under controlled temperature.
PAIRING: “Greek Islands” is an ideal wine to be served with a variety of seafood and grilled fish, salads or light plates.
PRESERVATION: The whitish color and raciness in the aroma of this wine emerge best when served and preserved at a temperature of about 10-12 °C.
TASTING: “Greek Islands” is a dry white wine with clear, pale yellow color, citrus flowers and mineral flavors that leave an intense crispy acidity with complex aromas of lemon blossoms in the aftertaste.
